I have been to my doctor and I'm in good healthy. The filler doesn't hurt but I can feel it pushing and pressure on the temples. I have been taking pain killers to numb the feeling for 11weeks. I'm wondering if too much filler has been placed In there? I if getting some dissolved would ease the pressure feeling?

I am sorry that you are having such as frustrating experience. Dissolving filler takes time and multiple treatments. Having said that, if you aren't getting the results that you desire, it may be time to see another injector with a lot of experience dissolving filler. It is an art in and of itself.
When you dissolve filler, your face should go back to how it was before your injections. Given your less than stellar results with your current injector, I would suggest that you see someone else to have your Voluma dissolved. Preferably someone with a lot of experience dissolving filler.
Without examining you, it is literally impossible to say whether or not you have scar tissue. It is improbable, however. If you don't trust the surgeon who has seen you in person, you could always get a second opinion. I am sorry that you've had such a bad experience. In general, I don't like ...
