i had voluma 3. months ago. 1-2/3 syringes. i hated it and removed three times, the first time a little bit only,2nd and 3rgpd time a vial distributed among cheeks. 2nd say, i see the voluma line but my cheeks are deflated. i feel like my hyaluronic acid is gone and im left w ugly voluma. will my own acid comeback and when? shall i try dissolving again in one week or just leave it andjust replace the filler it dissolved( the good one in nl fold for example)

When you dissolve filler, your face should go back to how it was before your injections. Given your less than stellar results with your current injector, I would suggest that you see someone else to have your Voluma dissolved. Preferably someone with a lot of experience dissolving filler.
Without examining you, it is literally impossible to say whether or not you have scar tissue. It is improbable, however. If you don't trust the surgeon who has seen you in person, you could always get a second opinion. I am sorry that you've had such a bad experience. In general, I don't like ...
