Dear surgeons please help I have had 2 rounds of BBL ,but how you can see did not fix my problem.After the surgery it's alright for 1 week,I mean my butt its quite even ,and after that the fat under that places seems to disappear quickly.Please advice me what I should do to get my butt even.

The most common thing that would cause an indentation would be trauma to the area and subsequent fat necrosis, post steroid injection, or post surgery, which is a kind of trauma.If the area persists and you want treatment, liposuction from another area and fat grafting to the indented area would be a viable option.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.
