Round 2 BBL. Do I have enough fat? (Photo)

Question

I want round two but I wanna kno if I should put on more weight for the second round. It has been over a year since I had my surgery and these are updated pics. I keep silicon tape on my scars so they can go away. I just want to know if I have enough fat to lipo and gain more hips! I want wide hips and a smaller tummy

Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

Liposuction can be performed in previously liposuctioned areas, and the fat survives just as well.  I perform revisions on previously liposuctioned patients on a daily or at least weekly basis, and Brazilian buttlifts can be done again as well.  I have done this as well.  Just find a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

thank you for your photos and question. Based on them, it looks like you don't have that much fat. But I recommend you to visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination. That is the only way you will know for sure if you are a candidate for a BBL.
