Is it safe for a 3rd BBL? I'm 7 weeks post BBL revision and there's a major flat spot developing. (photos)

It may still be too early to make a decision regarding another revision. Swelling can be uneven and asymmetric months after a BBL or revision.   Best to schedule an exam/consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon (BCPS) who performs thousands of BBLs and revisions each year so that you can discuss your concerns. Visit the BCPS's website to view before/after photos, patient testimonials, credentials, and number of BBLs and revisions performed annually.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

if you are considering a revision surgery you should visit a plastic surgeon for a detailed in-person consultation. Only after detailed examination you can get all the information and recommendations.
Generally speaking, if there are no contraindications, the revision surgery can be performed. Although, the complication rate is higher with every revision surgery.
