I perform the BBL on thinner women frequently with very good results as well as thinner women who have had previous liposuction or Brazilian butt lift. I also perform buttock implants as well. An area can be liposuctioned again and the buttlift can be performed again by the right surgeon.   There is no question that the second or third round is more challenging.  I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

for a BBL you need to have some fat tissue which should be transferred. You should visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation to see if there is enough fat to perform the second BBL surgery.

A photograph of your back is necessary to see whether there is enough fat over the lower back and thigh area to give you advice regarding considering second round of BBL. I would recommend that you consider high definition liposuction to ensure that all the fat can be removed to maximize your results.
