There is a perspective difference between the two. I have performed many many BBL revisions mostly by other doctors where for a variety of reasons the result was not satisfactory not just too small. The revisions had complaints such as of fat too high in the buttocks, assymetery between the two sides, surface irregularities, transferred fat outside the border of the desired buttocks shape, and sagging butts. Round 2 for me would normally be a well shaped butt but less than the desired volume transferred from the first procedure where we got the 50% resorbtion of the fat transfer that we had expected and weI had reached the total volume limits of doubling of what was there to start wias reached And therefore a second volume enhancement procedure was performed and was usually anticipated in the original operative plan with the patient expecting a secondary procedure to get the volume desiredTnxDr. Seare
