How many areas of Lipo can I get for a round 2 BBL?

On lean patients it can become more difficult with each stage of liposuction to find enough remaining fat to augment the buttocks.  If you have had liposuction only once before, you probably do still have enough fat.  Photographs or a consultation would be helpful to give you the most accurate expectations. This is difficult to answer without pictures. Yes, you can have multiple areas treated at the same time. If more shaping is needed, this can be combined with Sculptra and/or an implant. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the best result for butt shaping. Anything is possible however if what you want was not performed first time I would suggest visiting another doctor for another opinion as to why you did not get the results you wanted the first time.  Lack of adequate fat or inadequate fat suctioned or suction and preparation techniques not optimal etc.  Do not rely on any before and after computer imaging to sell you a service as that is normally a fantasy to sell procedure.  Thanks for question

without any photo or in-person consultation it is really hard to tell. If you have areas which contain enough fat tissue, then they can used for liposuction and BBL.
If you are considering, then you should consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon.

It is definitely possible and safe to have liposuction on the multiple areas you desire, assuming you are in good health and not morbidly obese.

all of those areas will yield some fat but likely not as much as you would like.  It's possible you are hiding some more fat in your love handles or banana roll.  If you don't mind the expense it can definitely get you a little more size in your backside.  Good luck!DSR

Without seeing you in person, it is impossible to say but all of the areas that you mentioned are good donor sites. Best of luck with your BBL. 

It is best to have an in-office examination to determine which areas of fat you have which can be used for a second round BBL. Arm, axillary, back, bra-line, chin, thighs, etc. are all other areas beyond the stomach when tend to have fatty deposits for liposuction. Hope this helps!!Johnson C. Lee, MD Plastic Surgery

In general, any area that has been liposuctioned already will take a bit more effort and may yield less fat. It truly depends on what is there, and if there are other areas that can be used, and can only be determined by in person consultation. Fat from your arms, axilla, and chin is not likely to provide enough to add significant volume, but may be enough for a touch up. Stick with American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeon.
