I got a facelift And my neck band didn't heal properly when I lift my neck you can see it. Can that be fixed.

Residual neck bands following facelift surgery is actually the number one reason for the need for facelift touch ups.  The bands are due to contraction and laxity of the platysma muscle.  The photo that you have provided shows an unusual presentation of a neck band and almost looks like scar contracture.  I am certain that this can be corrected though more information would be needed in order to fully evaluate the situation.

A board certified plastic surgeon can address the issues in the neck, deep or superficial. 
Surgical options for a neck have to address the fat below your skin. The muscle laxity. The deep structures under that muscle which include the submandibular glands, the digastric muscle and the fat between them (interdigastric fat). Thank you for your question. The band can be treated with botox injection to weaken it and reduce prominence. Another option would entail dividing the band, and this could be performed under local anesthesia in the office. I hope this is helpful, and all the best to you.

Yes, this can be fixed. Temporarily, botox can be used to help relax the neck band and hide it, but a revision neck lift can be used to fix the banding more permanently.

This photo is really limited. It looks like there is a neck band present. These bands are best treated with cutting them which disrupts the band. Bands are also treated with neck muscle tightening under the chin and suspension along the neck. This may be camouflaged with botox temporarily.

In a standard facelift the two bands under the chin are sewn together. The single band you have may be the result of that but it shouldn’t be tight like that. It can be revised from the incision under the chin.

This is a complex problem that likely requires revisionary surgery to release that platysmal banding scar and evaluate what is happening with the skin/fat/muscle in that area. Hi there! There are options to fix this band. I would start conservatively. To see if it's muscle, Botox can be provided. The Botox would help to weaken the muscle and flatten the band. If it's skin, Morpheus 8 RF microneedling may help to soften any tension. If these fail, then performing a revision in the area to address the skin may be necessary. Hope this helps you!

There is some missing information that would need to be filled in here.  In, short, yes, your residual/recurrent neck band can be fixed.  How and when might be dependent on that information.
