There are several issues with your scars and you will benefit greatly from having them revised by an expert in facelift surgery. One issue is a pixie ear, which is when the earlobe is pulled down. The scar behind your ear is in a very unusual place; it should be tucked behind the ear rather than obliquely across your neck.

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. The incisions around the ear are poor especially the one behind the ear. Your earlobes are distorted. I can even tell that the stitching was sloppy.. much of this can be tidied up but you need to find the right surgeon with the proper plan to deal with these issues.

Facelift is one of the highest art forms in plastic surgery. While we don't see the entire result in the pictures, I think most experts would not feel that you had good work done from the photos. I'd suggest that you seek other in person expert opinions about the scars and your result.
