i had fat injections for last year but lost weight unfortunately and my face is back to square 1. my review is on here as well as more pics to get an idea. The one side of my face is more sunk then the other and I really want this corrected. I also see my tear troughs more then ever. I had restylane injected years ago and just now I'm seeing it gone.
Answer: Filling cheeks and tear troughs For your tear troughs, I would go with restylane or restylane fine lines or teosyal redensity II. For the cheeks, either juvederm ultra plus or juvederm volift or restylane would likely be good options. The most important thing is to find a highly trained and experienced dermatologist that you get along with and can trust to give you a natural result and achieve your goals.

Answer: Filler and cheeks You have many option for cheek enhancement. If you never had fillers before I would suggest Restylane Lyft, Radiesse or Juvederm Voluma. Of all three the Restylane is the least expensive and may last as long as Voluma. Radiesse, on the other hand, comes in a syringe with 50% more volume than others. Restylane and Voluma are reversible when needed but this should be a very rare problem. I never advice either permanent or so called semi-permanent synthetic fillers, particularly as the very first injection. Even Sculptra has potential for significant problems that very few want to point out. Even the history of Sculptra approval makes it a problematic filler. This may be my bias but I make my recommendations based on known potential problems to minimize unnecessary risk to patients.Fat transfer is another option but you should avoid the "traditional" method of procurement, processing and injection. If none of these methods provides you with lasting results you may consider cheek implants. Your best bet is to seek advice from Plastic Surgeon. Good luck!
