I just learned about Botox to the DAO. I was under the impression that the area by the green arrow is jowl fat and can be removed with lipo. Will I be a good candidate for Botox in this area to prevent the lips from sagging down or is this something else. Thanks.

It is still advisable to be evaluated first by a plastic surgeon who will see if your muscles in that region are hyperactive. If that is the case, then the Botox treatment is indicated.
