botox can help nostril flare will need to be done every 3 months. at home dermarolling weekly also helps (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.
You certainly can botox nearly any where on the human body to fix aberrant muscle twitching, and there are specific muscles designed to flare the nostrils. However, one thing to always be cautious with when botoxing around the mouth and nose is that temporarily paralyzing those muscles can have disastrous consequences if not done carefully. For instance, it is possible to botox around the mouth carefully, but if too much botox gets in the wrong place, difficulty with mouth function and drooling can ensue. Similarly, around the nose, if not done carefully, the botox can cause issues with getting enough air in that particular side of the nose, as well as the possibility of botox running down toward the mouth with gravity under the skin and causing the above-mentioned difficulty with oral competence. Ultimately, work very slowly with your plastic surgeon in these areas. Just a few units of botox at a time and observe over the coming days how it impacts you. Eventually, you both will hit on a safe routine. Hope that helps!
Based on your description of muscle movement you may have (Synkinesis is a neurological symptom in which a voluntary muscle movement causes the simultaneous involuntary of other muscles).I would recommend getting a proper neurological diagnosis before trying Botox or surgery

No studies show that smoking or vaping significantly affect botox. Although you should note that smoking does not do good to the skin. Consult with your doctor to know more about this treatment.
It should not be an issue if you only have a blood clot. It is different when you have a blood clotting disorder. Contact your doctor to know more about this.
Thank you for your question Despite there being a risk of occlusion with fillers injected into veins, there are, as yet, no risks of botox being injected into arteries and veins. If anything, it may improve the blood flow as it relaxes the muscle surrounding the artery
