Can an individual with a biologically female identifying as a transgender man, for example, use Coolsculpt to form existing breasts into more masculine ones? Would the original breasts have to be a certain size or shape? Trying to avoid anesthesia.

Answer: CoolSculpting® can't reduce female breast tissue.
CoolSculpt works beautifully to reduce pockets of subcutaneous fat. However, unfortunately, in regards to diabetes, I am not aware of any studies that demonstrate a reduced A1C level after Coolsculpting.
