Asymmetry 8 months post op Rhinoplasty - is this fixable? (photos)

I had my septorhinoplasty about 8 months ago. I’ve noticed some asymmetries that have not improved at all so I don’t think it’s swelling. My tip on the right side is still bulbous and I have a bump on the right side of my bridge. I’m afraid my surgeon will tell me there’s nothing he can do to fix it when the time is right. I was wondering if this is fixable?

That very much depends on what was exactly done to make the tip "smaller" how easy it is to "fix" that. Generally, most patients like smaller tips so I assume that's what your surgeon thought you wanted and gave you that. You can discuss with them to see if this is something that can easily be...

The bottom line answer to your question is that you can undergo a limited rhinoplasty that only addresses the tip region of your nose. It does appear you have some fullness in the area above the tip that might need to be addressed as well. I would recommend you discuss with your previous surgeon...
