Asymmetry is extremely common, even in nosed that have never been operated on. The healing process generates forces that can shift cartilage and their can be asymmetry in the amount of scar tissue underneath the skin. You need to wait a full year. To weight the potential benefits versus restarting
The clock in terms of healing and the unpredictablity of additional surgery. If the asymmetry is mild it may not be worth undergoing a formal involved revision surgery.

From the limited photographs presented, you appear to have thick skin with swelling in the tip of the nose. Follow up with your operative surgeon for steroid shots/taping to reduce some of that swelling. Don't consider a revision for at least a year
