Hello Realself! I recently had a consultation with a surgeon for my revision rhinoplasty and he says, "The tough thing about revision rhinoplasty: we can make it a little smaller, but it's not a huge change. Your nose is not going to go from its current shape to something completely different and small." I am very discouraged by this since I think my nose is still SO big and doesn't suit my tiny face. I see revisions online all the time that seem like such a large change. What can I do?
