I had a revision rhinoplasty this year to address a severely twisted tip. The doctor had to remove my cartilage and replace my tip / the domes with rib cartilage. It is now symmetric but the tip itself is very small. It’s the same width as my bridge and previously I had a more rounded nose which fit my face. Is it possible to reposition the new rib tip or add additional grafts to make the tip bigger?
