What are the grafts to widen tip / add tip volume back for a Revision Rhinoplasty? (photo)

I recently had a revision rhino where my tip was rebuilt with rib. Previously, my tip was a little larger / more rounded. I now have a very narrow / small tip that is the same size as my bridge. I would like to add more volume back to my tip and have been searching for examples but have not been able to find them. What are the names of the potential grafts that could help this? e.g. lateral crura overlay. Is it possible to reposition my existing rib cartilage tip to achieve this as well?
