I wear a 32D and my areola are about 3 inches across. At first I was considering a lift because my nipples point downward. But I have lost volume with weight loss and weight gain and age (28). All of the women on my dads side have extremely large breasts so I was expecting to be much larger than I am...Looks like my areolas did too! I have no children and do not plan on giving birth anytime soon...I don't think I will care what they look like after babies anyway :) .

Thank you for the question and photos. I would not recommend you to undergo secondary procedure for 25 cc. Usually 100 cc may alter your breast by one cup size. This varies with each patient and it is best to discuss this with your board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
Your photo indicates perfectly normal breasts for their size with the modest asymmetry all women have. I bet if you give it a few years you will get over a problem that is more emotional than physical.
