My breasts are very saggy, heavy and the nipples point down. What would be the proper way to correct this?

Clambert1
I wear a 32D and my areola are about 3 inches across. At first I was considering a lift because my nipples point downward. But I have lost volume with weight loss and weight gain and age (28). All of the women on my dads side have extremely large breasts so I was expecting to be much larger than I am...Looks like my areolas did too! I have no children and do not plan on giving birth anytime soon...I don't think I will care what they look like after babies anyway :) .
