I'm 18 and hate my boobs, definitely want surgery but don't know much about it at all.

Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. If you are happy with the size of your breast lifted in a bra then a breast lift alone may provide what you want. This could correct the asymmetry and reduce the appearance of sagging- giving you perkier breasts. I recommend that you book a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon in your area who specializes in this procedure. They will examine you, discuss your goals and then explain the options further.All the best

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photograph.  You have a moderate amount of breast sagging and excess skin that will not correct itself with implants alone.  A lift will correct both of these problems while also placing your nipple and areola into an elevated more youthful position and improving your shape and contour. A reduction in the larger side can also be done in order to better match your breasts volumes. This does come with its attendant scars and so you should be certain as to what this tradeoff would be.  Hope that this helps.

You appear to have very normal looking breasts. I agree you are probably a D cup and have a little asymmetry. They could be made perkier and more similar with a breast lift, but the downside is the scars. You could add implants but this will make them heavier and lead to sagging sooner. Think through all this carefully and consult with a trusted plastic surgeon.  Good luck.

Thank you for your question and photo.I would definitely not recommend an implant. Breast implants will give you beautiful results initially, but are short lived. Due to the forces of gravity, implants seldom stay where they are placed and are associated with complications such as: chronic pain, irreversible soft tissue damage, capsular contractures, nipple numbness, skin stretch deformities, malposition, etc. You have enough breast tissue to bypass the implant option. I recommend a small reduction on the larger breast to match the smaller one. The Horndeski Method is the most current technique to produce long term results without a vertical incision and create upper pole fullness (without the extra cost, risks/complications and maintenance associated with breast implants. It is also beneficial for younger women because it preserves the ability to breastfeed. Your anatomy is a variant of normal where the breast tissue is compressed into a more narrow base, known  as a constricted pole.  The breasts also sit lower on the chest.  An small implant would provide fullness to the upper chest (upper pole fullness) and a lift around the areolae (periareolar mastopexy), would reduce the areolar circumference, create more symmetry from side to side and lift the areolae into a more centered position.  Dissection of the lower pole breast tissue would reverse the constricted pole.  Please call to set up a complimentary consultation (205)980-1744.  We have many patients in Tennessee.  If you have the SnapChat app follow my story at docschaffer to watch operations similar to yours.

Don't be so hard on yourself.You can address the shape with a breastlift.  This procedure will tighten the skin and breast tissue and raise the position of the nipple and reduce the areolar diameter.  The larger breast can be reduced at the same time.  If you choose to have an implant you can but I would be conservative with implants.  You can have silicone before age 22.  It is considered an off able use of the implants which are FDA approved for age 22 and over.Visit with 2 or 3 board certified plastic surgeons in your area before proceeding.

I am sorry to hear that your breasts are causing issues with your self confidence. A picture is helpful, although it doesn't take the place of an in office exam to really get an idea of your body type and your breast size/quality. However, something that looks like it could be a good option for you is a breast lift with or without an augmentation depending on what kind of look you are going for. This would allow you to work out the asymmetry between your breasts and your areola to be smaller in size. Overall the lift would give your breasts the more "perky" look that it sounds like you want. The most important thing is to find a board certified plastic surgeon who you feel comfortable with and who understands what you are wanting to achieve. Your photo indicates perfectly normal breasts for their size with the modest asymmetry all women have. I bet if you give it a few years you will get over a problem that is more emotional than physical. 

I hear that you are distressed by your breasts but if you could only see how many girls are far worse off you might not feel so bad about them. All they need is a lift on both to elevate and tighten them and make them more symmetrical. But please only go to a top plastic surgeon as this is a real art form and no 2 surgeons are alike in this. You might start with Drs. Maxwell and Fisher in Nashville for consults. No implants for now as they will stretch you out over time as your skin isn't tight. Please try to be kinder to your self!
