Thank you for your question and picture.  This will be highlighted at this stage because you still have bruising and swelling present therefore the skin is super tight.  Please do wait until the 6 week post surgery mark and then return to your surgeon to have a follow up appointment to review.  You should then have a follow up about 6 months after your surgery when everything should have completely settled.  At this stage in your healing I wouldn't worry.  All The Best 

Hard to give a full answer without your before photos, but everything looks normal for 3 weeks after surgery. Swelling and tightness can often make a line that looks too sharp initially. Follow up with your surgeon, but I am confident that with time and massage, the sharp line will resolve and you will be happy with your result.

You are very early in your healing and still have swelling, it may take several more weeks, even months for all swelling to resolve. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Good luck.

you are very early in the healing process, be patient with your body. It is very normal for skin the relax with time. As this occurs and swelling continues to resolve you concerns should continue to improve. Continue to follow up with your surgeon and follow their recommendations as they help you along in your healing journey.
