Will jowls after face/neck lift disappear over time? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and pictures.  You are still fairly early in your recovery.  I would suggest waiting 6 months and then making a follow up with your surgeon to discuss your results.  Your jawline and neck has definite improved giving you more definition.  A facelift doesn't replace volume sometimes patient wanted to add this using fillers to enhance and finish their result.  All The Best 

Thank you for your pictures, and congrats on your procedure! To be honest, its still a little too early to tell as at two months you still have swelling.  You can tell based on your second pictures where there is a fair bit of shine to your skin.  Discuss with your operating doc if they would recommend things such as lymphatic massages, etc to help speed up the mobilization of fluid and getting you to your end result a little quicker.
