Will jowls after face/neck lift disappear over time? (Photos)

Thank you for your question;   There is still early to give and opinion about the ultimate result but seems to be some residual jowls in the pictures.   Give some more time al least 6 months for and evaluation.

IT is too early to assess  the result and one always needs to wait 6 months. There is definite improvement in the neck and jawline. It is not known what technique was used and therefore difficult to advise on results. It would be best to return to your surgeon at 6 months and discuss this with your surgeon.

To some degree the swelling in the jowl region depends on the amount of bruising that followed the surgery. More significant bruising means longer period of time for the swelling to settle.Although it is difficult to wait is out, it will take longer to know for sure the end result. It is worthwhile discussing your concerns with your surgeon. Some non-invasive treatment can help reduce the swelling faster and your surgeon may have their own preferences on this matter. Around the mark of 6 months you can evaluate better the end result.
