7 weeks post-op. My beautiful facelift and neck lift lasted the first 4 weeks. What is your opinion? (photos)

Thanks for including photos with your question. Unfortunately, these images do not provide a full assessment of your situation, since there are not “before” photos to compare. After a procedure, you will experience swelling that will make the skin look and feel tighter. This will subside within a few weeks, which could be what you are seeing now. I encourage you to schedule a follow-up with your surgeon for an in-person assessment. While you are still somewhat early in the healing process, this meeting will give you an idea of where you are at in your recovery and whether things are progressing smoothly. There are some non-surgical options in skin tightening and rejuvenation that might be a good choice for you if you do not get the full results you wanted with surgery.

At 7 weeks it is too soon to see your final result. There will be changes for the next few months. It is not unusual for the skin to be somewhat looser as the swelling goes down. Be sure to discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Good luck.

Thank you for your question and pictures.  It is hard to suggest whether your result has been positive without seeing your before pictures.  If you have any concerns regarding result its best to book a follow up and discuss with your surgery.  Please be aware with any surgery its best to wait 3-6 months for the final result.  All The Best 

You did not provide any before photos, and your photos are a little difficult to totally evaluate. However, you will have some loosening on your skin initially as the swelling subsides. Please discuss all your concerns with your surgeon. Other skin tightening treatments, like radiofrequency ThermiTight or ThermiSmooth can be added to boost and tighten your results.

It is difficult to fully evaluate the neck with the photos you provided, but seeing your surgeon to discuss your concerns is essential.  Generally speaking, 7 weeks is too early to evaluate the results.  It is not unusual for the skin to loosen about this time.  Good skin care and ancillary skin treatments such as peels or laser therapy will help for the results to last.  Good luck
