Hair has nothing to do in front and inside of female ear! You should ask your surgeon about it and demand to be corrected. It can be removed with laser (if dark) but surgical correction with rotation of skin flap so that your hair ends up in temple, where it belongs, is a better solution. Second opinion consultation with an expert board certified plastic surgeon is recommended as well. Good luck.

This is a definitive solution and you should discuss with your surgeon the interval that they recommend before such treatment.
Thank you for your question. This definitely should not be happening. Please do have a follow up with your surgeon to express your concerns. All The Best
