When can I start my steroid and and HGH course after Liposuction surgery?

Ultimately this is the decision of your own surgeon. However, even though I don't think this type of therapy is usually good idea there's really no reason why it cannot be reinstituted immediately.

I have not found these medications to affect the surgical results of my liposuction procedure. here in LA i have many patients that use these daily for medical and non medical reasons without affect on their procedures.  Please ask your physician his/her opinion, but I suggest waiting till the swelling has subsided.  Best, Dr. Emer.

My best suggestion is to check with your surgeon and coordinate between the surgeon and the doctor who is supervising your steroids, etc.  Generally speaking, your recovery after any surgery usually requires some downtime from lifting and exercise so this is the most important question to ask your surgeon--when can you resume your gym activity at previous levels?  I would suggest usually waiting at least 6 weeks.  Best of luck with your recovery!
