I would say this posture (raised hands) is not ideal to show your chest for possibility of gynecomastia and you should try sharing pictures with both your hands down so the actual anatomy is visible. In this posture, it doesn't look like you have gynecomastia but if you are concerned about nipple size (puffiness or large size) then you may want to consider an in-person examination with a board certified plastic surgeon or may be send more pictures or video to get glandular tissue removed and nipple size corrected without any scars. See, there is no sign that can detemine one person has gynecomastia because gynecomastia is not an illness, all men have some glands and tissue, some have less and other have more. If you want to get rid of that piffiness, you can have a examination of your chest (either in-person or better pictures from front, both sides) to help you decide better. Whether diagnosed or not, it ultimately depends on what you think about it. Its a matter of personal perception. Gynecomastia is not a disease, it is simply a cosmetic issue in most cases and correction of this is an elective surgery.

Gynecomastia surgery has mainly two components- fat removal through lipsuction (can be done through trans-nipple incision if there is less fat, it leaves no visible scars) and gland removal (same trans-nipple incision). This method ensures there are no visible scars of surgery becasue the incision is made criss-corss over the centre of the nipples for liposuction and gland removal. If there is more fat, then liposuction is needed to be done from another area (lower part of chest or near armpits). This all depend on how much fat or glands are there which can only be determined by an in-person examination. You need to be seen by board certified plastic surgeon. All the best.

I have to say I had thought about getting Gynecomastia surgery and my lipo on stomach for about 6 years.I ended up having a full tummy tuck, gynecomastia, and flanks altered.While I reside in the USA, I had seen 4 doctors in the US and 4 consolation done. 2 were in New York, 1 in Florida, and 1 in LA.
