Im 5’3.5, 126, bmi 21. Im 43.. had 2 pregnancies. My tummy is bulgy at belly a bit and down lower abdomen. Wondering if I could get a good result with just lipo or mini tuck and lipo?
Answer: Mini TT Based on these photos, you are a very good candidate for a mini TT. Tightening of skin, possibly selective liposuction, would be suggested options. Good luck.

Answer: Would I be a good candidate for a mini tummy tuck? Looking at your photos, I would bet you would need a full tummy tuck to maximally rejuvenate your abdomen and meet your expectations. There are other options like you mention, like liposuction with a mini skin tuck with, or without umbilical transposition, but I would imagine it would not satisfy your ultimate end-game. See attached reference for a case much like yours. Thank you and I hope this helps.

Answer: Would I be a good candidate for a mini tummy tuck? 43 y/o with 2 previous pregnancies (photos) A mini TT involves removal of a small amount of skin and fat below the belly button that addresses only the lower portion of the abdomen. No plication or muscle tightening is performed and belly button remains attached and unchanged. This procedure should work for you.

Answer: Tummy tuck A mini tuck or possibly a full tuck would work best for you, but you might get good results with noninvasive EMSculpt to help tighten you muscles.

Answer: Mini TT vs Liposuction Alone Based on your pictures, you are likely an excellent candidate for a mini tummy tuck. A mini tummy tuck addresses skin laxity below the belly button while a full tummy tuck with muscle plication comprehensively removes excess skin and fat on the entire abdomen while simultaneously tightening your muscles in a "corset-like" fashion. You may want to consider a full tummy tuck for optimal outcomes. However, if your goal is to have a smaller scar, a mini tummy tuck might offer you some significant improvement. A virtual or in person consultation with a TummyTuck specialist will provide you an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Brandon Richland, MD
