Im 5’3.5, 126, bmi 21. Im 43.. had 2 pregnancies. My tummy is bulgy at belly a bit and down lower abdomen. Wondering if I could get a good result with just lipo or mini tuck and lipo?

A mini tummy tuck is going to have a smaller incision than a full tummy tuck. Muscle repair, removal of excess skin, and liposuction are all included with both a mini tummy tuck. Looking at your photos, I would bet you would need a full tummy tuck to maximally rejuvenate your abdomen and meet your expectations. There are other options like you mention, like liposuction with a mini skin tuck with, or without umbilical transposition, but I would imagine it would not satisfy your ultimate end-game. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. It is hard to tell from a photo alone but you may be a candidate for a mini tummy tuck with umbi float. This will allow for a full muscle repair which you probably need, and the belly button can be moved lower a tiny bit. This should smooth out the entire abdomen but will not significantly tighten skin above the belly button area.

Although you have done a great job of getting back into shape your skin and muscle laxity appears to be present above and below your belly button and only a full tummy tuck will be able to address both areas.
