If you are referring to the skin hooding over the top of your belly button, then no, a mini TT will not help. The umbilical stalk tethers the skin so the skin tightening occurring below the umbilicus does not translate to the loose skin above the belly button. However, an umbilical transposition will help.

Thank you for your question and picture. A tummy tuck is the complete abdomen with muscle repair, while a mini tummy tuck is everything below the belly button. No, I doubt the mini tuck will change your upper abdomen much. Excess fat can be removed with liposuction.

With a mini tummy tuck, the muscles can only be repaired from the halves down. If muscle separation is causing the bulge above the belly button, it cannot be resolved with a mini tummy tuck, but with a full tummy tuck. however, to know specifically what it is, we need a more complete evaluation

It's difficult to give a recommendation without more photos or an examination. It appears that you have muscle separation causing the contour of the abdomen. This is best addressed with a standard tummy tuck if the separation is above and below the belly button, which yours is.

I do not recommend people have virtual consultations.
We need quality information to make an assessment including previous pregnancies.
You don’t have a significant skin laxity and your fat distribution is thin. Any issues with the contour of your abdomen are related to the muscle wall or potentially visceral fat.
I don’t see any particular problem above your belly button. I see a generally protruding slightly bulging abdominal wall most likely due to muscle separation from previous pregnancies or potentially from having access visceral fat.
A mini tummy tuck is not a good procedure for you.

There’s no reason why you couldn’t consult with plastic surgeons in Korea.
You may opt to not have the procedure there if you have surgery but you can certainly have consultations.
An in person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in Korea is probably far better than having virtual consultations without an examination and with limited pictures.
In general there are four variables that determine what someone’s abdomen looks like. These are skin laxity, excess subcutaneous fat, muscle separation from previous pregnancies and excess visceral fat.
If someone doesn’t like the shape of their abdomen it is generally always because of one or more of those variables.
The procedure should be aimed at treating the problem.
There should be no question about what the diagnosis is when scheduling surgery.
If your surgeon is a guessing on what the problem is it’s highly unlikely you’ll be happy with the outcome.
I suggest having multiple in person consultations with highly experienced board-certified plastic surgeons in your community when the time is right or where are you choose.
Ideally during an assessment each of the above four variables should be mentioned or discussed.
An abdominal assessment isn’t rocket science but skill and ability varies considerably among different providers.
For that reason I recommend patients schedule at least five consultations and consider scheduling more unless you feel quite certain you found the right provider.
On the final note it seems unlikely that you have excess visceral fat but if you do you would assess it the following way.
Take your nondominant hand and Press your abdomen flat while standing up. If it takes a significant amount of pressure to push your abdomen flat with your non-dominant hand and visceral fat is most likely a contributing factor.
The other way to do this is to lay on your back and see if your abdomen goes completely flat.
If it does not then visceral fat is most likely contributing annoying loss is the correct treatment.
If you have them and goes completely flat when you lay on your back the muscle separation is what’s causing your abdominal contour.
The treatment for pregnancy related muscle separation as a full tummy tuck whether someone has skin laxity or not.
