Unhappy with implants, what went wrong & what could I have done to get better results? (Photos)

Question

I had a breast augmentation not even 6 months ago 375 mentor high profile over muscle. My biggest concern was loss of upper fullness after breastfeeding. My surgeon assured me that I would have the fullness I wanted but I don’t. I still have to wear a push up bra to get any cleavage. My left implant also feels like it moves all over the place. Could something be wrong? If I ask for a revision what would I need? Under the muscle?

Sometimes higher profile, higher volume implants are needed to fill loss of volume in the upper portion of the breast. If you have implants, but don't feel full enough in the upper portion of the breast, considering a higher projection implant might help. 
If you feel your implant moving a lot, this could be because the "pocket" where the breast implant sits might have been made too large. Increasing the size of the implant or decreasing the size of the pocket can help with this.

One's anatomy and skin quality may limit the amount of upper pole fullness.  There are options to improve upper pole.  Fat grafting could add upper pole volume and cleavage.  Breast lift repositions one's natural breast tissue higher.  Internal breast implant support with mesh may help keep the implants higher.  Pocket change to subpectoral implants may help some patients.

You did not post photos, so I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.  Perhaps just tightening the pockets will do well for you.
