I had a breast augmentation not even 6 months ago 375 mentor high profile over muscle. My biggest concern was loss of upper fullness after breastfeeding. My surgeon assured me that I would have the fullness I wanted but I don’t. I still have to wear a push up bra to get any cleavage. My left implant also feels like it moves all over the place. Could something be wrong? If I ask for a revision what would I need? Under the muscle?

Answer: I have implants but still lack upper pole fullness and feel like my implant moves a lot.
The portion that is thick and tight may be removed. The portion of the capsule that is very thin may be left in place for safety to the surrounding tissue, especially in those with saline implants.
You would be more comfortable with 450 cc implants than with 550 cc's. However, you may have extra skin to deal with. You might even consider splitting the difference with 500 cc implants, however, these are still considered to be large implants.
This is something you need to discuss with your surgeon. Also, look back on your paperwork, especially the permit, to see what kind of implant, is any, is specified. I always discuss the specific implant to be used during the preop visit so there is no misunderstanding.
