I'm sorry to hear your are unhappy with your results.  It is safe to dissolve the filler.  One of the great things about Restylane is it is made with hyaluronic acid, a sugar that can be dissolved with an enzyme.  This increases the safety of the product but can also be useful in the rare case a patient is unhappy with their final results.  After the filler is dissolved, it is unlikely you will have any long term negative effects from stretching of the skin.  Typically, the filler dissolves within hours to days after hyaluronidase injections, so you should return quickly to your "pre filled state".  I would suggest following up with your injector who can do a thorough evaluation and determine the best course of action.  Best of luck!
