Fordyce spots are normal, harmless, painless, and people are often born with them. However, after receiving dermal fillers they can enhance them and make me appear larger. Since fordyce spots are painless if you are having pain with these spots I would contact your injector- it could be superficially placed filler and can be fixed with hyaluronidase injections.

The picture is a little blurry, but the bumps may be Fordyce spots. These are normal, harmless, and painless. People often are born with them (they are enlarged oil glands), and often time fillers can enhance them and make them look bigger than normal. I would expect you to notice them less as the swelling goes down and with time. If you are having pain with the spots, I would follow up with your injector. Best of luck! 

That is the Restylane that was placed a little too superficial It will be absorbed in a short period of time.
