Question

I had juvederm ultra 3 i injected two days ago with 1ml, i asked for a natural subtle enhancement and i feel like my lips now look ridiculous i am so self conscious and upset with myself. I dread seeing anyone and im so worried i have ruined my face. Everyone says i look better before

I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. The lips will go back to their natural shape after the filler resolves.

Hi - 
Firstly the lips can remain swollen for up to 14 days. Give it a little more time. 
1cc is very little and whoever injected your lips has kept a “natural” proportion where the bottom lip is slightly plumper than the upper lip.
Rest assured that if you still hate it, the beauty of a hyaluronic product such as juvederm is that it can be dissolved.
If there is any specific area that you don’t like - ie one part with a lump or firmness - you can massage it strongly or return to your Provider who can do that. 
I actually think your lips look lovely but you have to feel that way too.

I always tell my clients that you will not see final results for at least 2 weeks after getting injected.  Swelling is very normal and part of the healing process with Juvederm Ultra.  The first several days you will have quite a bit of swelling, then after that settles down you will still have mild swelling for 2 weeks afterwards.  Typically, I advise my patients to apply ice for the first couple days to help with the swelling, but you are past that stage so you should be seeing improvement each day at this point.  I would not overly worry unless you do not see improvement, or if you start to have an increase in swelling or pain.  If that happens please contact your injector.  Otherwise, give it 2 weeks and you will have a better idea of what your lips will look like.
