Has Juvederm injected into my cheek area caused this blockage in my sinus - via filler entering my blood vessels?

Most advanced injectors have moved beyond using Juvederm and are incorporating the Vycross products such as Volbella and Vollure for their lip injections.  In your case, you already have a good amount of volume and so I would strongly recommend using Volbella which actually does come in a 0....

I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. The lips will go back to their natural shape after the filler resolves.  I hope this helps!

Thank you for sharing your question.  Though unlikely I would reach out to your injector to be seen.  Perhaps the product can still be manipulated to avoid a lump from forming.  Hope this helps.
