1) can I keep my dreadlocks extensions in during the surgery? 2) Can I use my baby hair with gel and makeup to cover the scar? 3) When can I braid my extensions dreadlocks very loose? 4) Can I have a hair transplantation right after for filling the thinning corners? 5) Are there doctors specialized in hair reduction surgery in the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe 6) What does it cost minimum?

I think I understand what bothers you about the forehead. Forehead reduction to reduce the height of the forehead is possible and contouring the bone is also possible at the same time. I have done numerous forehead reductions with and without bone contouring but it is a very specialized procedure. A lot of people try to do it but Very few surgeons perform it well. Unfortunately, I don't know of any specialists in this area in the Netherlands. Best wishes.

Bony reductions can be done with a forehead advancement surgery. The dreadlocks may be hard to get clear of bacteria which would increase the risk of infection if you keep themWilliam Rassman, M.D.
