My frame is very small but my face is large. My head is smaller so when I tie my hair tight you can see how small my head is compared to my face and i usually end up having to tease my hair or wear it in a way to even out the shape. I thought about implants in my skull but it’s too invasive and i feel it’ll make my head appear even larger. Will forehead reduction help because I have a flat top head? I also thought about jawline reduction and am open to surgeries to make my face look smaller.
