My buttcrack seems shorter to me && I want to extend it and have more top Booty and very defined V shape buttcrack is this possible? How would a doc acheive this look ? Can the top of my crack be lipod to look like this ? (3rd pic in red is me )
Answer: Lipo sculptnig Great question! Yes this can be done and I do this for all my BBL patients. This provides an improved contour and shape to the buttocks. The first half of the BBL procedure is liposuction which sculpts out the edges of the gluteus to provide more shape also known as lipo sculpting. The second half is injection of the fat into the glutues to provide more volume and shape as well. Have a consultation with a few board certified plastic surgeons so that your goals can be reviewed and your options provided.Best of luck and hope this information helps!- Dr. Roger Tsai @DrRogerTsaiBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: When doing a BBL does the doctor lipo in between the butt cheeks on top to get the defined V shape? Hello, great question. This is what I typically do for all patients having liposuction of the lower back. Based on the photos provided you are an excellent candidate for a bbl. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear leeciageexo, Every plastic surgeon has his own technique for liposuction and fat transfer. Liposuction of lower back usually improves the shape of upper buttocks. Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Creating certain shapes each person brings a different body to the table and each provider has a different approach. The primary reason people have the defined buttocks you describe or not is based on spinal curvature or the lack there of. Some people also have fat on their lower back while others do not. On top of this some people have fat on there but it's giving projection while others don't. I would assume most plastic surgeons would liposuction the lower back when doing a BBL if there's fans there to be removed. There's no yes or no answer to your question. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
