Once your surgeon releases you, you should be fine. Your implant will be able to withstand the temperature/pressure extremes that your body/flesh normally does.

Yes.  By four to six weeks after surgery, your incisions should be healed well enough to sit in a hot sauna.  A spa or pool would be ok as well.  Check with your plastic surgeon if you have any question about the status of your healing.  

Yes. Once you have healed it is safe to be in a sauna, sweat lodge,etc. I would wait 6 weeks after surgery.
