Once your surgeon releases you, you should be fine. Your implant will be able to withstand the temperature/pressure extremes that your body/flesh normally does.

Yes.  By four to six weeks after surgery, your incisions should be healed well enough to sit in a hot sauna.  A spa or pool would be ok as well.  Check with your plastic surgeon if you have any question about the status of your healing.

If your surgeon feels that you  have healed sufficiently then go enjoy the Lodge or pool etc.  Remember, the tensile strength of your incisions are only 50% at 6 weeks and you only get one chance to heal well the first time.  Good luck.
