Once your surgeon releases you, you should be fine. Your implant will be able to withstand the temperature/pressure extremes that your body/flesh normally does.
Yes. By four to six weeks after surgery, your incisions should be healed well enough to sit in a hot sauna. A spa or pool would be ok as well. Check with your plastic surgeon if you have any question about the status of your healing.
Yes. Once you have healed it is safe to be in a sauna, sweat lodge, etc. I would wait 6 weeks after surgery.
After 6 weeks, it is fine to enter a sauna as long as the incision is healing without issues and your plastic surgeon gives clearance. Best wishes, Dr. Gill
If your surgeon feels that you have healed sufficiently then go enjoy the Lodge or pool etc. Remember, the tensile strength of your incisions are only 50% at 6 weeks and you only get one chance to heal well the first time. Good luck.
As long you your incision is completely healed and your plastic surgeon has cleared you for sauna, you should be able to enjoy the sauna without problem.
It is certainly ok once your incision is completely healed. Allow four weeks if your recovery is uneventful, and check with your surgeon. All the best.

The issue you have is that your implants are sitting below the site of your scars, not that the scars have moved up. To correct this, the implants need to be moved up and the breast fold needs to be corrected by placing sutures inside, along the desired breast fold line.
