Is It Normal to Get Pain when Sitting Up After Lying Down 17days Post Op?

You should see your PS.  They need to examine you to rule out a sinister cause for your symptoms.

At 17 days, this is most likely muscle spasm and should respond well to some light muscle relaxants.   I would continue to perform your massage exercises and keep your plastic surgeon up to date with you progress.   

If hardness worsens, you may need an ultrasound to rule out other causes.  Best wishes.

It sounds like you may be experiencing some muscle spasms in the right breast. You are still in the early recovery stages after your breast augmentation, so your symptoms should improve over time.
