I Had Breast Implants over 2 Years Ago. I Want Them to Drop More to Have a Tear Drop Look?

my implants are under the muscle. the left breast implant is wrinkled on outer left bottom. They seem to have dropped more on one side than the other. will the pole strap help them to descend further? They were placed 2 years ago august.

You are not likely to see much "dropping" of the breast implants after two years, even if a compression strap is being used. You likely have a problem with implant malposition or a capsular contracture. If the positional asymmetry is getting worse, a capsular contracture is probably to blame. You might need another surgery to release or remove the capsule. If the implant hasn't changed, then it was probably not quite positioned precisely two years ago. Another surgery is probably needed to adjust the implant pockets.

Within a few months, the body forms scar tissue around breast implants which tends to anchor them in position.  At two years the only way to change the implant position is to do so with surgery.

Without capsular contracture silicone or saline implants should look like a normal teardrop breast shape when you're standing. You may want to check with your plastic surgeon to see if the distortion is the byproduct of capsular contracture.

Your implants after two years will not drop any lower without surgery. They are scarred in at this point and the capsule around them must be surgically open for them to acquire a lower position.

Usually you will not see a lot of dropping after 2 years. I would recommend you return to your surgeon or consult with a new one if you prefer to get an evaluation.

At this point in time, your implant(s) will not drop. If improvement in the position of your implants and shape of your breasts is your goal, then, unfortunately, additional surgery would be required.
