I am 4’11” and weigh 174. I would love to get 360 liposuction and a BBL to achieve a flat stomach but afraid that I’ll have lots of loose skin. Would liposuction be sufficient or should I get a tummy tuck?

By examining your photos, I see you have excess skin and excess fat. You're right; if you do liposuction, you will be left with excess skin. If you do a tummy tuck, you may still not be satisfied with your results. I recommend you lose as much weight as you can first, then come back for a tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks. During the tummy tuck, muscle plication will be performed, bringing in your abdomen between 3-6 inches. If you want further removal of fat, liposuction can be done 4-6 months after your tummy tuck. Your BBL can be done at the same time.

Liposuction can be added to enhance your curves. However, liposuction alone will not give you a flat tummy.
