I've always had undereye hollowness since I was a kid. I'm only 22 years old and I just need a way to get rid of them. Idk if I should get surgery or fillers. I'm leaning more on the surgery side because I want them permanent gone.

Answer: Options for tear troughs The lower eyelid skin is the thinnest skin in the body and ages sooner then the rest of our faces. Since you have had these since birth it is more genetic. You could do fillers for the tear trough or a lower blepharoplasty is going to be the most aggressive permanent way of addressing this area for you. I hope this helps.
