How can I correct my uneven eyes? One eye is noticeably smaller than the other especially when I smile. (Photo)

My eyes have always been uneven, but within the past year or two I feel it has gotten a lot worse. My right eye is usually more closed than my left, and in my right eye I have worse vision as well. I've been told it's a lazy eye, but not from a professional. Could it be a lazy eye? And if so is there anything I can do to fix it? Thank you in advance.
