My eyes have always been uneven, but within the past year or two I feel it has gotten a lot worse. My right eye is usually more closed than my left, and in my right eye I have worse vision as well. I've been told it's a lazy eye, but not from a professional. Could it be a lazy eye? And if so is there anything I can do to fix it? Thank you in advance.

Not sure if your right upper eyelid is more droopy (ptosis) or your right eyeball is more sunken (enophthalmos), or both.  See an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation.

Thank you for sharing your question. You have developed ptosis (drooping) of the right upper eyelid. Many people (including doctors) mislabel the problem as a "lazy eye"; it is not that condition.
