From what I can gather from the minimal information you have provided you are concerned with the downtime after a fat augmentation. Vigorous kissing and making out should be avoided for a period of 6 weeks. Application of any lip balm over the lips after augmentation can be done within a few days. Fat augmentation is a much more long term approach to plump up lips but the volume that fat provides will reduce significantly from the time of administration to a range of anywhere between 40 to 60 %. Fat does not last forever but does last for a few years time which is longer than fillers. From what I can gather from your images and your query - you are concerned with varying scleral show / opening of your eyes on one side compared to the other. There are two things that must be treated here in my opinion - One - Ptosis - which can be corrected via an ophthalmologic surgeon.
