I do a lot of facial feminization surgery. a deep plane facelift may be a good option but there are others. We may be able to adjust the fat and tighten the skin other ways.

From your concern I recommend Mini- facelift or Mid facelift procedure. This operation tightens excess skin and relies entirely on tension to shift the underlying facial soft tissue, the excess skin will be reduced to balance for lifting and tightening the cheek muscles. This is done under General Anesthesia with 2 weeks recovery time.

It may be worth considering using biostylers to thicken the skin. You are still young, it's time for a facelift but not now.

To make an assessment we need a complete set of facial pictures, including profile pictures.
Soft tissue manipulation may be helpful with the use of treatments like fillers.
I do not see a good indication for facelift surgery.
