Micro facelift at 27? (Photo)

Question

Hi, I am 27 yeasold and I saw a drooping in both sides of my face, more in one of the sides. I wanna know if it's possible to do something because I am very sad about it... I really wanna improve my apparence.

Hello @Thriving413379, thank you for your question. At 27 years old, you are likely too young to consider a Facelift. Before considering such an invasive procedure, it's important to explore the non-surgical options available to you. Non-surgical treatments such as Morpheus 8 or Ultherapy use Ulthrasound or radiofrequency energy which helps stimulate collagen production in the skin and ultimately provides improvement of structural features like sagging jowls or marionette lines. These procedures also don’t typically involve any fat loss. Hello; For a 27 years old; even if, it is a Micro Face Lift; it is in front of the ear, it will leave a scar and it is an unnecessary procedure. Either Temporal, it will be done from inside the hair; I recommend for Endoscopic Midface Lift or as a non-surgical option; I advise for Thermage FLX method.

Hello dear. Thanks for the photos, it's not that you can't do face lit, it's that you are too young to undergo this treatment, and you could consider less invasive treatments, such as facial contouring, fillers, bottos and many other treatments that are available nowdays. You can leave the face lit for when you are much older and really need it. good luck.

You are not a candidate for the mini lift, but you can get improvement with Sculptra injections to add a little volume. You also can do radiofrequency for some skin tightening.

I suggest you schedule a few in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community to get an accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment options.
For early middle-age changes, fillers and Botox can be very helpful.
