Am I a candidate for a revision rhinoplasty?

I am 18 mths post op rhinoplasty. My original goal with was to improve bulbous tip and just a "tweak" to my nose. It ended up being more drastic than I intended. I felt like my facial harmony was odd, so had a lip lift 6 mths ago. I'm still bothered with my nose. Am I candidate for a revision?

Great job asking you a question with both before and after photos. Before considering revision rhinoplasty surgery, are you just satisfied with the width of your nose on front view? If you're OK with the width of your nasal bridge, your nasal tip asymmetries may be improved with microdroplets silicon 1000 injections. Your nasal tip appearance is asymmetrical and somewhat pinched in the lower 1/3. Depending on your condition, microdroplets Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for lowering your nostrils on both sides for improved nostril margin symmetry.

I think you have a pleasing nasal profile appearance, except the above mentioned nostril asymmetry is visualized. If you wanted to have your bridge raised a bit with Silikon 1000, that may be something to consider as well.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision to correct your nostril asymmetry, perform tip deprojection, and tip derotation. This will give a more natural look to your nose.   With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result.
