Hello, I have one question. If an onlay graft (solid rib lamina) is put on the dorsum and after healing there is a noticeable hump because the bone below was not reduced enough, is it possible to reduce the high of the bone below that graft at 1 year post op and put the onlay graft back so the hump disappears?
