Female, 28 y/o, 5’4” and 130lbs I have been considering buccal fat removal to address my puffy cheeks, but I am concerned that it’ll lead me to have a gaunt appearance as many people have warned about. My cheeks are a huge insecurity: I feel like not only are they big, but they also seem to sag and pull my face down. I’m also reluctant to smile since it just seems to amplify the lumpiness of my cheeks when I do. Is buccal fat removal right for me? Are there any other procedures I could try?
