Will buccal fat removal make my nasolabial folds appear more prominent? (photos)

I recently been told that I would be a good candidate for a deep neck lift, and buccal fat removal. I think I’m set on the deep neck left but I see horror stories on the buccal fat removal. Will it make my nasal folds worse? I can’t imagine looking gaunt since I’ve always a had a big face.
