I have always had really chubby lower cheeks that have not gone away with age. Would buccal fat removal fix this, or is there another option? I have already tried lifting cheek filler and masseter Botox.

I am sorry you are experiencing this discomfort. First, I believe you should go to your surgeon since he/she knows you best and can take charge of the problem. It sounds like you might have experienced either asymmetric fat reduction or potentially a fluid collection/something like sialocele....
